OnlyForYou Agency provides professional chatting services for OnlyFans creators. Our services include fan message management, revenue optimization, and related support services as described on our website.

3. Free Trial

We offer a 2-day free trial for new clients. After the trial period, services are provided on a commission-based model as outlined in our pricing section.

4. Confidentiality

All chatters sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client account information, credentials, and business details.

5. Account Security

We employ enterprise-grade security measures to protect your account credentials. All access is encrypted and monitored. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own devices and accounts.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is based on a commission structure as agreed upon during onboarding. Invoices are generated on a regular billing cycle and payment is expected within the agreed timeframe.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with reasonable notice. Upon termination, all account access will be revoked and final invoices settled.

8. Limitation of Liability

OnlyForYou Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 3 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
